I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day. That means all Mom's, Mom's to be,Mr. Mom's and women who so want to be Mom's but aren't yet. I have be blessed with a son (now 24) who I adopted when he was not quite 3. Except for some trying teenage years, he is my joy. :-)
I've thought alot about my own Mom this Mother's Day. I miss her terribly and would give anything to speak to her just once more. Gee, I have so much to ask her ! Questions about spirituality, menopause, mental health and are our pets with her? Of course, they are.
My older sister passed away a year ago. She was a good Mom too but just had a different style.
Looking back, I think both would be so very proud of me and that thought helps me survive to day to day aggrivations that pop up.
Blessed Be, Carol
